The Grange is a purpose built home situated on Sileby Road in Barrow upon Soar in Loughborough and is located close to the town and its local amenities. The home provides a calm and tranquil atmosphere and the staff and management ensure that the home is ideal for residents looking for a friendly, safe, compassionate, welcoming and comfortable surroundings to live.
The home is registered with the Care Quality Commission for providing accommodation for people who require residential or personal care. The home is registered for 16 beds, residential and residential dementia for adults 65+.

A pre-admission assessment will be carried out to assess the suitability of the match between your needs and the Services and facilities of The Home. The suitability of your admission will be discussed with you and, if appropriate and with your permission, your representative(s) and health partners.
Emergency admissions will be accepted only in exceptional circumstances, where the health or safety of the Service User is under threat, and normally only through a professional referrer such as the Social Services. In this event, the suitability of the proposed Service User will be discussed with the professional referrer to ensure that the need match the services offered, and the normal pre-admission assessment will be carried out within 48 hours of admission.
